Is this a reputable lender? they are saying they offer 99% home loans.
we didn’t end up going with them but yes reputable and seemed to offer great rates.
TimothyJ@mortgagehouse.com.au was the guy we were talking to.99% lend generally means they will lend 95% of the property value and add the full LMI to the loan. where most lenders will only add LMI to a total value of 97%.
