What do people think of Coombabah in the Gold Coast. It’s one of the cheapest entry prices to a detached house in the Gold Coast and next to beautiful canal homes in Runaway Bay. Rents have been steadily rising since Jan ’13 and many are predicting a Gold Coast boom. They are pretty cookie cutter homes in Coombabah and I suppose rather investor orientated…
Any thoughts?
