Hi. I have a unit in a small beachside gold coast complex.
The majority of the owners are interested in selling to a developer.
We have been approached by a commercial property sales agent who specialises in this and requests all owners to sign a 6 month exclusive sales contract.
Am interested on thoughts and experiences of whether it would be beneficial to sell by this method, or to hold on to unit and look at selling maybe closer to the commonwealth games.
Any opinions would be much appreciated.
