I have a 2 bedroom unit in Townsville that am planning to sell.just wondering is it a really good time to sell? Some say wait for a couple of years and Townsville market will be booming soon.am confused.

Weigh up the potential selling price vs selling in the future? Does the property cost you money to hold? If so you need to factor that into any speculative longer term profit.

Hi, thanks for the advice.it is not costing me a lot. Also it is a pleasant place and had great time living in that house.we moved out of Townsville and now possibility of going back to NZ prompting us to sell the house.having said that I am willing to break even but would not under sell.
This is my first home and never been in investment side so unsure what is the best thing to do in given circumstance..
