    Hi experts,

I’m new to investing in Queensland and am thinking about buying a four bedrooms, 2 bathroom, 2 garage brand new home in Gainsborough Greens estate, Pimpama. I’m looking for a property with good capital growth. Will Pimpama have good solid growth?

What worries me is there is a lot of new housing in the area, so there’s huge supply with not necessarily high demand. Any advise would be appreciated. Where else in QLD would be good spots to look at.

    Thanks Ben

    Hi Ben,
Good name BTW – :p You have a few questions (or doubts?) re Pimpama, perhaps with good reason…..

Here’s a link to an earlier similar question.

Take a look – it has several replies already – maybe you can add your findings to that post to help others?
