    Recommendations for someone to help apply for a U.S. ITIN and file a W-7, can anyone help?

    I sold a U.S. property last year and part of the proceeds was withheld because I am a non-resident alien. I made no profit on the sale so I need to claim back the amount withheld ($6,000). Any help much appreciated.
