Yeh uhm APRA….ok…..so what?
Is there anything APRA can really do…and is it even there place to do so in order to prevent more investors purchasing rental properties?
What are the ramifications for us as landlords?
The stuff I have read indicates the drop in 1st home buyers and the rise in investing is linked. IE FHB are now buying an IP first. (like I did many yrs ago and was the only one of my friends) is this a problem?
