Uhm anyone else disappointed about the “scope” for structuring loans not being included on page 146 and you are supposed to go to https://www.propertyinvesting.com/wealthguardian (which is 404’d)?
Seems like this is the “exact” place to be talking about this……
Anyone actually read the entire book without throwing it against the wall first?
