    Hi Guys

    I am new to Investment Property. Recently I was contacted by Yale Property Solutions and they recommended a Town House in Craigieburn in Melbourne.

    Property details are as follows:
    Property Address: Lygon Drive, Craigieburn.
    Property Description: 3 Story Town Residence (1 Garage, 2 Bed rooms & a study)
    Property Value: $347,000
    Cost per week: $48
    Rent per week: $330 (Estimated by Yale)

    Also they mentioned something like separate Buffer Loan, $20,000 which is not included to above Property value.

    As I am unable to find any reviews regarding Yale Property Services and have no idea regarding investing properties, please let me know your thoughts.

    Is this Property worth?

    Do I have to pay for the separate loan (buffer) as well?

    Hi Udesha – cost per week is a trick marketing tool and something that the regulators (if any) will start cracking down on. There is a thread – try a search too for Yale https://www.propertyinvesting.com/topic/4995222-new-investors-yale-property-solutions/

    I wouldnt invest in Cragieburn and neither would my clients, but thats me.
