What would be the best area to buy in Brisbane, for an investment property? I have been looking at South Brisbane. On the plus side, there are a lot of cultural stuff (such as museums), but then, is this something that people would want to see? I mean, you go to the museum once a year, but to the pub every day, right? Also, it’s not too far from the CBD, but maybe there are places that are closer?
What do you think?
Specially if you live in Brisbane? Is South Brisbane a nice place to buy an investment property?
