Hi,
We migrated to Sydney few years ago and planning to purchase our first PPOR. After which, we also intend to invest in property using buy, reno, sell strategies.
We are in the midst of getting finance pre-approval via Mortgage broker but still undecided what structure to go for when buying/ borrowing (buying in own name vs trust).
Can anyone recommend a good solicitor and accountant in Sydney who has experience in dealing with property; also can provide solid advice for structuring our investments.
Also, what are the pro and cons buying PPOR via own name/ trust? Does it add value to pay a premium setting up trust structure for PPOR?
