    Hi All,

    When I was doing research on I realize most of the properties in werribee,coolaroo, doveton and campbellfield , Melbourne are positive cash flow properties. Why aren’t people interested? They have moved to properties further way from these areas (city) for negative cash flow. What is the reason for this?
