Hi all we just have submitted the DA for another unit at the back of our existing house and somehow the council asked for a landscape concept plan with it which I thought usually wont be needed till the DA approval…its whitehorse council btw
The building designer got us quotes which r around $500 which we think is very expensive for just a concept plan not even the full landscape plan. Do anyone know if its the sort of money expected or any recommendation for this situation?

Our landscape designer do not ask for such amount. Usually the planner is also part of the team who will do the job, so it is cheaper.
