Hi all, I’m weighting up the pros and cons for investing with a business partners (Company structure) or to go at it alone. I would love to hear the thoughts from people who have had experiences with investing with a business partners, all goods and bad. How did you structure the partnership/business?

Thanks in advance for your help!

From what I have seen I think it is best to go alone if possible. buying with someone else usually ends sooner than expected as each has different circumstances.

Thanks Terryw for the advice! I had the same feeling as well. The financial numbers I predict would probably get pretty messy too! But the thought of having someone the share the deposit and loan burden did look attractive for a little while!

    cheers!
