I would be interested to hear from anybody who has paid the $25,000 to $45,000 for the Income Education course on investing in USA Real Estate. Especially from anybody who has found the information and assistance they offer helpful and have used their teachings to succeed in this type of investment.
I would not spend $2 on them, they have these extravagant courses, with people staying at 5 star hotels all over Australia. I know someone who has paid over $50k and is now in Vegas attending one of their promotions….
It comes down to choice – why pay so much for so little when as others mentioned you can put a deposit down on a property after a few hours/days of reading these forums….. the problem is people do pay, so its their choice.
My issue with this mob is that they are advising people to reimburse the fee out of their SMSF. Not thats an issue.
Good old law of demand and supply.
If no one buys it, people will stop selling it.
And as what Redwood said, people are still buying it because they chose that path. Hence people are still selling it in different size shape and form.
I think because they are absolutely brilliant presenters, it really gets people excited. They are very calculating in how they present, what they tell people. As Australians aren’t used to that type of presentation many are trusting that their many promises are true.
oh ship. Yeah so human nature, laws of comparison in effect, supply and demand. Perhaps dubious Influence techniques, pre-framing, embedded commands, social proof from other people that paid way too much and the like. It happens. Often..
I found it strange years ago when I heard the story of a friend doubling his rates for fixing computers. He lost
almost
half of his customers……..
As someone pointed out, with supply and demand right, there are some natural laws in effect and some persuasion to get the odds happening on their side.
Eben Pagen, Yannick Silver and many high level ‘Master Mind’ groups also charge outrageous amounts. Just imagine what kind of people are in those groups….. food for thought.
(More and more reason why I love Steve McKnight too)
A friend of mine paid $2700. For introductory 3 day info Paid $45000 for Diamond education.
After the 1st 3 day boot camp in Adelaide learnt nothing but how successful the speaker was in her
career as she was from the us she was not a trainer.
My friends were so disappointed in the 3 day wast of their time they asked for their money back.
OUTCOME: They were told do not want the info kit back keep it and refunded $10000 of the $45000.
They forfeited the 3 day buying summit in Gold Coast and 2 day training in Las Vegas.
Income Education
Hi Uncle Arthur – Thanks for sharing the experience.
I don’t have their price lists but it seems the ‘diamond education’ course differs in amount from what I can see. I have seen $41k and $50k. Absolute con – but its really up to the individual and lets hope anyone thinking of doing it reads this thread.
Did your friend also get conned into the “Empower Wealth – Ultimate Real Estate Success Coaching Course” thats another $8k – oh and the extravagant accommodation at the Hilton…..
I offer a mentoring program and deal directly in Florida
I keep hearing about people paying $20,000 pls from so called US investors.
I am sure that Engelo and Jay will agree with me
If you want to invest in America do it with trusted people on the ground
Unless you intend to spend 6 months on the ground doing your own research you are wasting your time
The quality of the person you are dealing with makes all the difference. I spend every second month on the ground and have a full time partner in Orlando.
If you do not like Florida both Jy and Engelo are good people to deal with

Thanks for the mention Nigel,
I always stress to focus first on the people and then on the stats and demographics.
In most cases, its the people that cause financial ruin and not the actual market itself.
I attended the Income Education seminar last night and the way they have presented it this time is you sign up attend the seminar and once you have completed your first transaction you will get your course fee refunded in full. Am thinking of doing it. I would like hear form anyone else that has attended their 3 day seminar. I am inteseted in the tax lien aspect.
