    I’m thinking to secure a block of land with options. Does someone know more about property options? Has anyone got a good solicitor in Brisbane who specialises in this area?

    Darryl Richards at Certus is a Options expert.

    He is based in the City.

    We use them on all of our development sites as it provides more flexibility.
