Hi all,
Forgive me forum, for I have sinned. It’s been a while since my last post. :)
Just wondering if there are some suggestions out there for good modelling software where you input the info about a particular property and it generates reports on how it will perform in your portfolio. Any actual experiences/testimonials would be great too.
I’d also look at putting in a few properties to present as a case study to clients if they went down certain paths. Commercial and residential deals etc. Capital growth or positive cash flow.
What, if any, are my options? Thanks all.
