    With weatherboard houses do you have to remove the weatherboards in order to convert to blueboard and render it?
    Also what would be an approximate cost to hire someone to do it for a regular 3 bd house approx. 15sq.
    Is this a painters job or chippy first and then painter or plasterer needed as well?

    Looking at IP that is well under market value that needs renno. The biggest problems are the weather boards and windows need replacement. If I could get this done under $15k I would buy it.

    You will need someone to remove the weatherboard and put the blue board up then a renderer.
    Not sure that you’d get it all done for $15k. Maybe. But it will make a huge difference to the value I think.
