    Hi
    Just wanted to know if any can recommend a broker and buyers agent that is located in Melbourne. For the broker I’m more after someone who specializes in investment properties and understands how to structure a loan keeping in mind I don’t want to limit my borrowing capacity. And for the buyers agent I was looking for someone who can look out wards from the city but still in proximity, were they only take a finders cut taking from the loan

    Jacqui (JacM) is my partner and runs the property sourcing side of our business.

    She is based in Melbourne and whilst i look after the financing and loan structuring for clients she owns more than a dozen properties personally so knows more than most Brokers about lending etc.
