API magazine rarely lets me down. The August edition arrived here in the office all crisp in its plastic wrapper and I realized I have not opened the last few. Time to take action!
Busily I read some articles. Skim others and head straight to the stats section. Stopping for a moment I pondered what would it take for me to take action and invest outside my comfort zone.
Would comment by Bernard Salt backed by stats be enough to make me get on a plane and start my due diligence – just like it used to be? Or am I a creature of habit who is probably going to invest in things I can drive to and control more closely? It makes me wonder – are forum members creatures of habit, just like me it seems, or are you willing to invest remotely (can’t comfortable drive there) if everything “Stacks-Up”.

Invest remotely, yep I agree, stepping out of the comfort zone but the Sydney market for me is just not fitting my criteria at the moment. The first few scare the bejeebers out of me then you understand your new comfort zone, and it expands.
As you say, plane tickets bring everything so much closer, including your goals.
Analysis paralysis is sending me insane, and frustrating my partner no ends…
