Hi, i’ve put .25% deposit for my first investment property for 2 bed unit, unit has 12 lots and 32 yrs old in Penrith, NSW. I also have mortgage and currently living in MtDruitt. I had an inspection of the property and saw some lines crack in the bedroom and inside built in, laundry etc. My question is,
Is this going to be major issue further down the track?
Should i do pre purchase inspection for peace of mind?
Is it good to invest in unit than in the house? also my current budget offers to get unit and house loan i will be in my max borrowing?
