Has anyone got any information on the potential for the extension of the Abbott Point coal loader ( in Queensland ) , to add to property values in Townsville ?>

Two years ago, approximately 20 km from the ongoing expansions I experienced one of the most amazing weeks of fishing ever.
I stood on the shore fishing directly out onto small rocks.
I could see, through beautiful clear water with my polarised glasses, schools of Barramundi hiding behind those rocks.
Needless to say I’m sure that is exceptional and I hope that expansion of heavy hauling traffic will not make that a thing of the past.While I cannot say that whether or not such expansion will be good for property markets in Townsville; I hope that pristine waters will not be overlooked in the wake of such plans.
