Thinking of putting an offer for 600sqm LMR site in Yeronga. As I could see lot of experts in the forum what you guys think of this suburb?
I sound like a broken record on these forums. Yeronga is a beautiful suburb, my first home was there and loved it, but make sure you check the Brisbane City council flood maps before proceeding. It is basically a big flood plain with few high points.
Hi ramki what street? Good suburb some streets better than others.
Paragon street but only 10 m frontage
