All Topics / Finance / Farm in an SMSF
Hi guys,
Got an interesting SMSF loan I have been working on.
I have a client who is purchasing a farm through the SMSF and we are seeking finance.
The farm is 900 plus acres in NSW.
Super balance is healthy and can service a LVR of 50% in fact that is all we need. We have found a lender that will accept the farm as security however given the size the rate is not favourable and therefore have been trying a different approach. Pretty much tried all lenders including Rabo and other rural lenders.
The structure and strategy is SIS compliant just need finance.
Loan will be $200k at 50%
