All Topics / Heads Up! / Wed 23rd July – Asbestos: The Good, The Bad and The Ugly! PLUS Real Deal Updates
Don’t miss our PropertyMeeting.com July get together!
Our first speaker will be Troy Williamson, founder of Williamson Carpentry. More than just carpenters, Williamson Carpentry have a successful history of building all types of housing structures and developments for both the residential and commercial sectors. They provide a comprehensive range of solutions ? from slab preparation to building, renovations, repaints, insurance work, concreting and covering.
As a result of their extensive experience, Troy and his team have learned a lot about deadly asbestos. Troy will reveal everything you need to know but were afraid to ask, including how and where you might find asbestos, how to handle it, how NOT to become a mesothelioma victim, how the laws are changing, how much it might cost to fix and how to work out whether it might be a deal breaker or a blessing in disguise.
In May we heard about two very different and very interesting development deals. For those who missed that meeting, Kendrick Benson, Joanne Verikios and Ian Grayson will provide an overview and bring everyone up to date on progress. Another golden opportunity to learn how to assess, finance and implement a deal as well as networking and sharing ideas with a group of active and enthusiastic investors.
Bring your notebooks and pencils and be ready to ask lots of questions!
