I put a post up a few weeks ago regarding my cookie cutter Rothwell 4x2x2 house. I had a fantastic response – thankyou for your help. Since then I have flown there to inspect. The storm water drainage has been badly installed. Taking it up with the Builder under his warranty insurance. Because the soil is so wet, there is subsidence and the HWS is leaning! Anyhow in order to sell it I need a good plumber, excellent concreter, landscaper / gardener / handyman to rectify all. In the meantime I will just keep at the Builder, but he just wants to send his plumber around to do a “bandaid.” On the positive I have a great tenant and the inside is pristine. please reply to [email protected] / 0408 102 552.
