    Hi Sam

    Do you have an aggregator lined up? They might be able to find one for you.

    Cheers

    Hi Sam

    Regretfully the better aggregators are unlikely to take you on at this stage so wouldn't worry about that.

    More a matter of finding someone you can work with.

    You can always switch in a few years time.

    Personally i work with FAST and have done for 11 years. For what i what they provide everything i need.

    Cheers

    2 options;

    1. Approach a aggregator and they will refer you one of their members for mentorship

    Or do the reserve ( recommended)

    2. Approach a broker who you think you can work with + believe you can learn off or aspire to be – Ask them if they are willing to be your mentor and you will join his/her aggregator group ; if you don't ask you will never know.

    Micks advice at point 2 is good. A good mentor is essential in succeeding. It just might be difficult finding one willing to mentor – it's a big commitment.

    Cheers

    Probably also a good idea to contact your State MFAA office as they are often aware of Brokers who want to Mentor a new Broker.
