All Topics / Value Adding / Happy to pay a fee to anyone who finds us a suitable Reno property
Hi Property hunters
I'm looking for a suitable Reno property, preferably within a reasonable drive to Brisbane. My carpenter son will be doing the reno work, I'll be financing. Goal is both capital gain (to build equity for further investing) and positive CF rental once work is complete. Maximum Purchase price of around $200-$250K. I'm time poor so I'm prepared to pay a spotters fee to someone who can do the searching for us and successfully finds us a suitable property.
Hi Trisha
It sounds as though you’re looking for a buyers agent. Have you searched the forums for a buyers agent who is knowledgeable about the Brisbane market. I am not sure what they are charging for their services.
Cheers,

Chris is correct you would need to be a Buyers Agent to offer such a service.
Depending on the purchase price / location we charge a flat fee or a percentage upto 2.5% of the purchase price.
Cheers

Hi Trisha,
Try Karen Young from Property Zest ph 0448 111 387. She is the same Karen that does the Everyday Property Investing Podcast.
I know she is super busy at the moment but it is worth giving her a call to see if she’s taking on any more clients

Richard are you solely on the east coast? I’m in SA and looking at hiring a buyer’s agent.
I work with a Buyer’s Agent in Perth for anyone needing help here.
