What do people think of the Peninsula development in Kangaroo Point Brisbane ? Do you see good gains coming here ?
I bought off the plan last year on a late this year completion in Kangaroo Point with a big employee discount but am really starting to second guess this property as the more I read and hear about not just possible but probable oversupply issues in the very near future. Hhhmm…. I’d also like an opinion on the potential impact of the Peninsula Development….
Sold out apparently. One of Brisbane’s nicer inner city burbs
