Hi Guys,
I'm interested in buying a block of land to develop. Before I do anything I need to know what I can build on it. Is there a way to find Wollondilly councils zoning of a property on the net, and it's regulations such as setbacks etc?. I've tried google without much success.

Called the council. It's R3 medium density. Now All I gotta do is find all the minimum street frontages, setback and easments etc. I'm pretty excited abou this. 1270sq metres. I wonder what I'll get on it?
Just google Wollondilly Council. From their home page click on 'planning' in the top tab and then you can access a copy of their DCP.
