    Hi guys i am a kiwi living and earning in Australia and would like to purchase an IP in Auckland, i have a S & P ready to go unconditional but i need finance, can anyone recommend a good mortgage broker that could make this happen…Thanks

    Won't find any lender in Australia take NZ security (odd exception but your deal won't qualify) so are going to need a NZ lender.
