    Hi,

    I am looking to purchase an investment property in Ballarat and after a look at some houses on the weekend I found a couple I'm interested in, one in Redan the other in Wendouree. What are your thoughts on either suburb? 

    Or should I look elsewhere? I'm looking to invest less than $300k

    Both areas have their merits although it depends on what you are investing for.
