    Hi Everyone

    I've just joined this forum.

I'm 40 years old, married with two kids, and live in Melbourne.

Hubby and I have thought about property investment for a long time. We have decided that the time feels right, so we're just starting to get educated. Such a steep learning curve and very exciting!

I'm so glad I found this forum, already a wealth of information and help to me!

    Thanks!

    Woollysmum

Welcome to forum Woollysmum and i hope you enjoy your time with us.

Stick around, ask lots of questions as most of us don't bite.

It is never too late to start investing in property.

I have dozens of forum clients in a similar position to yourselves who are just starting out.

Certainly as Catalyst mentioned it is addictive i can vouch for that.

    Cheers

Welcome to the forum. This is a good place to start.

I would suggest getting a few books and also borrowing some property magazines from your library. Reading stories about people's journeys is interesting.

    Be careful, it's addictive. LOL
