Just wondering what people's thoughts are on Wodonga for an IP? Has anyone brought a property there? If so would like to hear from you and your reasons for heading out that way – if that's ok!

Nothing really wrong with Wodonga in fact i was there earlier in the year looking at some properties for some clients.
Certainly like ever suburb there are good and bad areas / streets but avoid Lavington and the new estates and you can't go too far wrong.

DK not saying money can't be made but it is not an area loved by the mortgage insurers.
