Looking to invest approximately $300k into positive geared property.
Any suggestions re property tax accountants, property mortgage export?

Your question is too broad – there's thousands of markets within Australia.
As for an accountant – where are you located? And for a mortgage export – do you mean mortgage expert?

Jamie I did mean expert, one that can provide strategy and structure, that has an in-depth knowledge of trusts re leading. I am currently discussing with a group in Melbourne but would prefer someone in Sydney.
As for an accountant I live 6km from Sydney CBD.
And thank you for the advice next post will be very specific.

If you're comfortable with dealing via phone/email then you can choose your broker/accountant from anywhere in the country.
