    Hi, we are coming towards the end of our first survey strata subdivision, now looking into what has to be arranged for a strata body etc… It is a three lot subdivision with a common driveway. 

    Advice so far has been that there has to be an annual meeting within 3 months of titles being issued, and that the common property will need indemnitety insurance.

    Any advice on how I set up the strata body and all the requirements etc would be much appreciated:)
