    Hi,

    Is there a general rule with costs for slabs vs stumps

    looking at building single storey approx 500mm off the ground stumps vs a standard concrete slab

    are they both generally about the same cost or more than the other???

    Depends on type of floor you are considering on the stumps but generally slab will be cheaper.
