    Hi

    I have a tree problem and am wanting to build near to or within the TPZ (tree protection zone)

    from what legislation I have read, am i right in saying that you can build with a 10% encroachment into the TPZ??

    does anyone have knowledge of if this can be increased +/or any other issues to consider if wanting to build within the TPZ
