    Hi,

    My aunt is living in her PPOR and has purchased a vacant land with an intention to start building a house after 2 years. Till then the land will be vacant. How will this arrangement affect the CGT aspect on the land, since she will be living in her PPOR till the property is built (which will be 3 more years including building completion time)
