    Hi,

are many people considering investing in new property across the Eyre Peninsula in SA's west?

Places such as Whyalla, Port Lincoln & Ceduna?

There is consistent mining testing being undertaken with possible large mines in many locations.

There are some really good off the plan new house & land package deals available in Whyalla & Port Lincoln from local builders.

Can anyone provide some feedback about the area? Local builders history?

I have been researching land cost in Port Lincoln, Most small allotments around the 450m2 – 500m2 are approx. $120,000

    Thanks

Whyalla and Port Lincoln have been stomping grounds for investors for a reasonable while. Prices fluctuate quite rapidly, particularly when mining announcements have been made. I've known investors to double their property values in 4 years, and others lose 20%. It has it's risks, which outweigh the benefits for me TBH.
