    Hi all. 

    I own an investment property in East Brisbane and this house is part of the newly created Kangaroo Point South Neighbourhood Plan. The house on 506m2 , zoned Medium Density, is not in DCP and has a frontage of 14.6 m. Currently the house is rented out, and I would like to know what options there are to develop further and what might be achieved in terms of densities?

    Any help appreciated.
