I recently to a one day property seminar with Knowledge Source group by a person called Dymphnar Boholt. I found it quite interesting and informative. She was selling her real estate success coaching programme which included home study courses and a 3 day boot camp for about $5,000. Has anybody done this course, or had any exposure to their material. Just interested in any comments. How does it compare with Steve's apprenticeship programme?
Hi there Ralph,
I have also not come across this person or their program. If you are looking at property education programs, why not do Steve McKnight's Property Apprenticeship course (https://www.propertyinvesting.com/course#) which will cost you the same amount. Ask anyone who's taken this course (myself included), and the feedback is positive.
Regards
Dave
Hi Ralph
Welcome aboard.
I can't specifically comment on her – I don't know what she advocates or what's involved. I've never heard her speak nor have I read any of her books.
There's plenty of free resources to get you started – this forum is one of them.
Stick around, ask questions and contribute to this forum. We're a nice bunch.
Cheers
Jamie

I agree with DG Hayes,
I can't speak about other courses but Steve's Property Apprenticeship is brilliant. Half way through it and I believe its worth 10x its price.
Something else to be aware of is that if you have the right providers on your team, you can learn an awful lot from them when purchasing property. I have learned a heck of a lot from my mortgage broker, property lawyer and accountant over the years.

HI Ralph,
I to cannot comment on any of the above mentioned courses but I do receive emails from Knowledge Source who seem to promote a lot of these seminars for various speakers and promoters of their products. There are also companies out there who are more a fee for service for more specific education based around your strategy and what you are trying to achieve specifically.
This forum will also open you to a good number of people with great knowledge who will be only too happy to answer questions as well.
Regards Grant
