Hi there,
Does anyone have an opinion on AMP investment loans and banking. In order to get a deal across the line, we may have to refinance all our loans and banking to AMP. I know they are a big lending institution with no physical branches making everyday banking a bit of a hastle. Any thoughts on AMP. Thanks in advance,
Mark
AMP are fine – I use them quite a bit. They are a good option when servicing is tight. Their cashout policy and no credit scoring are also handy niches.

Thanks Jamie,
Much appreciated. I guess it all depends on the interest rate they offer us.
No not at all – doesn't seem like rate is the important factor here – it's more about actually getting the loan approved by the sound of things. AMP is competitive nevertheless.
Cheers

AMP is definitely a decent lender and their pricing is sharp – they do have certain restrictions but I don't think they will be relevant in your situation.
