    Is there an online service that will among other things provide data on property sales including the time the properties are on the market?
    Ideally, searchable by area and filtered by time on the market?

    Possibly, RPData full service. You may have some luck with onthehouse.com.au or oldhomelistings.com.au

    A lot of brokers provide their clients with property reports that contain this sort of info.

    I have RP data full service. yearly is about $800. Worth every Penny. Can let you know a guy that does it for that if you want.
