    Hi!

We are planning to buy a property to live.I'm a mum of 1 month old bub.my husband only working now.our loan amount is 350,000.

I like to buy a property in blacktown or surrounding suburbs.

Which is the best option buying a bedroom unit in blacktown or buying a 3 bedroom villa or townhouse in Moundruit

which is good for the capital growth?

Please give me some advice with in our loan amount

I would take a torrens title villa/townhouse over a unit any day. The other problem I have with units in blacktown is that there is a massive oversupply. Townhouse is a much better option.

If your budget is $350k then you should be able to ascertain a TT villa.

I'd take Shahin's advice – if you can afford the townhouse over the unit than it will probably make for a better investment over the longer term.

    Cheers

Agree with the townhouse, also you will be less likely to outgrow a townhouse (with kids).

Demand in Blacktown/Mt Druitt at the moment is crazy so it will not be easy. Maybe look at surrounding areas also. Eg St Marys.

    Good luck.
