What are your thoughts on this new development at Riverwood?
I know South West Sydney isn't the safest area but its close to the city and the airport.

It’s not Liverpool, Bankstown or Punchbowl. The suburb has a station etc.
Does it have a reputation that you have heard about?

i haven't heard anything specific about the area but South west Sydney is a known troubled area plus there are housing estates in the area. Just trying to work out if investing in that area is the right thing to do.
There are plenty of $1m+ properties along the Georges River – not too common in rough areas.
I have lived in the area for 14 years and i personally wouldnt touch those OTP apartments. they are so overpriced compared to whats around the area.
