    Hi all,

    If you own a rental property in WA there are changes coming into effect from 1st July, 2013.

    The changes apply equally to all properties (self-managed & REA managed).

    Major changes to provision of locks, pet bonds, ALL bonds to be held by Bond Administrator, PCRs on all properties, capping of option fees, and a few others.
