    Does anyone have advice on selecting a selling agent? We are selling a relatives property in Coogee Sydney. There are a lot of agents in the area but a lot seem to go for the volume/turnover business without looking to maximise the price. If anyone knows a good way to research the performance of local agents I would greatly appreciate it.
