Hi Guys I was hoping I could get some help with being pointed in the right direction with a BASIX for a granny flat in western Sydney.. I had a draftsman prepare the basix and they have got it completely wrong as they had things like a 6000L water tank and native plants covering the whole site to get it to pass. I was wondering if anyone has used a company that specialises in this and can complete them for granny flats.. I have tried ringing council although they dont help apart from saying to get a professional to "manipulate" it to save costs . It seems to be such a pain in the backside although not taken seriously by council… They also advised to enter "0" for the landscaping area as they dont really check things that aren't on the plans…Thanks in advance for your help
