Kit homes as in transportable homes? Or DIY builds?

Assuming you're talking about transportables, generally valuations come in lower as it's not seen as high quality as brick builds. Lower pool of potential renters, but this can be dependent on location (some areas it is perfectly acceptable to offer a transportable as a standard for the area).

    Hello Corey

Thanks for your valuable comment. I have found some websites regarding kit homes which  are not transportable but looks good and very cheap. I think good option for renting if it lasts longer.

I have paste here some links  for kit homes that will help to have more information regarding kit homes.

There are some designs look nice but not sure about the long and security  of the house in compare of brick build house.

Do you think it is good option investor as rental homes.

    Thanks

Might be a good idea if adding a granny flat….lets you remove it later, say to subdivide etc.
